The Antigua Public Utilities Authority has embarked on a project to increase the capacity of water available to the St. John’s cruise port. This project aims to meet the demand of the increased calls of cruise ships to Antigua and Barbuda. The work includes trenching and running a pipeline from the new Fort James Reverse Osmosis Plant directly to the cruise port. A dedicated pump set has been installed to facilitate the process. APUA thanks the public, motorists and residents of affected areas for their understanding during the works portion of this project.
