APUA Offers Payment Plans for Customers Affected by Covid-19

JOHN’S Antigua, October 20th 2020 – The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) would like to commend customers both within the business community and the general public for their effort in making payments on their accounts during this time.

Being mindful of the economic constraints faced by the nation of Antigua and Barbuda, APUA has reduced the fuel variation charge, increased the discount percentage to 15% for payment of electricity bills paid in full on or before the due dates and temporarily halted the disconnection of all utility services provided by the Authority for the past seven (7) months.

APUA encourages consumers who are experiencing difficulty maintaining their accounts to call 480-7002 and speak with a friendly and helpful representative of the Credit Control Department for account information, and to schedule a visit at the APUA Business Centre on Independence Avenue to assist in formulating manageable liquidation plans.

APUA extends best wishes to all of its customers as we continue to navigate through this period.
